Group them the way your price list does. Switch the quick ones on for online booking, and keep a first facial, where you want to talk to the client beforehand, for the phone.

Records that remember the skin

Create a Skin type dropdown, an Allergies text field and a Consent form signed yes or no. Before a peel, the therapist checks the record instead of asking the same questions again.

Notes stay private to therapists, so a receptionist who books appointments never reads them. With a Documents pack, attach the signed form, or a photo of the reaction the client told you about.

Several therapists, one reception

Each therapist has an agenda. The receptionist books for all of them without needing a calendar of their own, and assistants aren't billed. Clients can pick their usual therapist on the booking page. How roles and access work.

Late cancellations, counted apart

A client who cancels a 90-minute treatment at eight in the morning costs you more than one who cancels a week ahead. OnTime counts same-day cancellations from the reminder link separately from no-shows, so you can see which of the two your salon actually has.

Questions people ask

  • Not in one request. They book one treatment per request, or you add the second yourself in the calendar.

  • Notes are visible to therapists only. The fields you create are visible to the whole team, so keep anything sensitive in a note.

  • Yes, once you switch them on. They're hidden by default.
