Manager isn't a separate role. It's a setting you switch on for a professional or an assistant, and it opens the whole team's dashboard, billing, invitations and the booking page settings.

Access, one agenda at a time

A colleague sees someone else's calendar only if that person allows it. There are four kinds of access: book appointments, change appointment settings, see the dashboard, read notes. A receptionist can book for the whole practice without ever opening a note.

Invitations go by email and stay valid for seven days. When someone leaves you deactivate their account, and their past appointments and notes stay in the history.

Team agendas

Some businesses don't sell a person, they sell a place: a barbershop with four chairs, a clinic where any nurse can take bloods. A team agenda is one calendar that several people work from. Clients book the team, and a time stays available as long as someone in it is free. When the appointment starts, you pick who takes it.

The dashboard

  • Revenue, from the price of the services on each finished visit.
  • Appointments done and new clients.
  • The average wait, and appointments that started more than five minutes late.
  • Visits and revenue by service, and each service's average length against the length you set.

Filter by dates and by person. It opens on the last 30 days.

No-shows and late cancellations

Mark a client who didn't come as a no-show. Once you have ten appointments marked either way, the dashboard shows your no-show rate, what those empty slots cost you, and the change from the period before. Same-day cancellations made from the reminder link are counted apart, because a client who warns you in the morning still leaves you a chance to fill the slot.

On the 1st of each month you get an email with last month's no-show figures.
