Online, the client sees each service with its length and can only pick a time where it fits. A full set can't be squeezed into a half-hour gap on a Saturday afternoon.

Regulars on a three-week rhythm

Nail clients rebook on a cycle. The client list shows each person's last visit and next one, so at the end of an appointment you see straight away whether the next infill is booked. If plans change, the link in the reminder gives the slot back.

Shape, length and colour on the record

  • Shape as a dropdown: square, round, almond, coffin, stiletto.
  • Length and colour as text fields.
  • A yes or no for sensitivity to certain products.

With a Documents pack, save a photo of last month's set. When the client asks for the same again, you know exactly what that means.

One desk or five

A nail technician working alone runs OnTime from a phone. A salon with five desks gives each technician an agenda, and the dashboard shows who is fully booked and who has gaps.
