What does the plan include?
Appointments, the calendar, client records and their notes, dashboards with your revenue, online booking and support. SMS, documents and AI notes are options.
How do the options work?
Each option is switched on professional by professional, from your settings, by the person who manages the subscription. It is switched off the same way. You pay for an option only for the people who have it.
What happens once the month's SMS or minutes are used up?
The option pauses for that professional until the first day of the next month, then resumes. There is nothing to buy on top.
How does payment work?
By card in countries that pay in euros, dollars, pounds or Swiss francs, with VAT added at checkout. By mobile money across Africa, from a secure payment page. Either way you receive an invoice per period and nothing is debited automatically. On annual billing, 2 months are free.
How do referrals work?
Every practice has its own referral link, available from the trial onwards. When a colleague signs up through it and reaches two months of subscription, you get 34,99 $US off, taken automatically from a future monthly invoice. There is nothing for you to do. They get 17,50 $US off their first full month. You can refer as many practices as you like.
And after the trial?
Your access pauses. Your data is kept, and everything comes back as soon as your first invoice is paid.
